Aftersales Process - In Warranty

1: Review the return policy. Review our Return Policy to understand the conditions and time frames applicable.
2: Identify eligibility. Confirm that your product is eligible for return based on our Return Policy and ensure that you are within the specified time frame for returns.
3: Gather supporting documents. Collect any relevant documents, such as order confirmation, invoices, till slips, warranty registration email confirmation and or photos of the product.
4: Contact customer service. For Small Appliances or Floorcare Products call 086 177 8888. For Large Appliances call 087 821 8800. Or submit your enquiry via the Contact Form or email us directly at info@tevo.co.za.
5: Provide your order information. Follow any instructions provided by the Customer Service Representative and clearly communicate the product you want to return, and the reason for the return.
6: Package & ship/drop off your product* . Clearly label and securely pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, or use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. Send your product to the address given by our Customer Service Team. Want to bring your product in to one of our stores? Click here to view our list of Service Centers. The Customer Service Team will then authorise the next steps. *Large Appliance returns may be handled differently.
7: Receive, refund or replace. Once the returned product is received and inspected (assessments are mandatory), we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as per our Return Policy. *In the event that no fault is identified, you will be contacted immediately to discuss your options.

Aftersales Process - Out of Warranty

1: Contact customer service. Call 087 821 8800, submit your enquiry via the Contact Form or email us directly at info@tevo.co.za.
2: Provide your order information. Clearly communicate the model number (found on the rating label, user guide and packaging) of your Large Appliance and the reason for your request.
3: Package & ship/drop off your product* . Clearly label and securely pack the product in its original packaging, if possible, or use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. 4: Repair or replace. Once the returned product is received and inspected (assessments are mandatory), we will issue a view on a repair or replacement cost, as per our Return Policy.

Aftersales Process - Large Appliances

1: Contact customer service. Call 087 821 8888 and select prompt 2 when requested.
2: Provide your order information. Clearly communicate the model number (found on the rating label, user guide and packaging) of your Large Appliance and the reason for your request.
3: Response. A Repair Team will be called out to you within 24-72 hours. A R250 call out fee (within 60 km radius) will be charged. On-site support: 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. 8:00 to 15:00 Saturday to Sunday. The Repair Team will then assess and repair the appliance, or else order the necessary spare part required before returning to the customer's home for the repair. *Large Appliance returns may be handled differently.
4: Promise. Every repair will be accompanied by a 3 months (90 days) workmanship warranty.
